HME Service Engineer
**General Description**
Provide technical assistance, Site preparation and Medical equipment installation to customers directly or through certified Service Partners. Ensure the required level of customer satisfaction by implementing the most efficient Service strategies and processes. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the national Service partners network to perform a premium service to customers.
* Train and certify national Service partners, Corporate dealers according to the Company's service strategy.
* Ensure that national Service networks performs accordingly to the required standards (quality, customer satisfaction, resolution time, etc.), implementing and monitoring performance KPIs.
* Propose and implement corrective actions and improvements of Service procedures and task flows;
* Ensure that the customer claim is efficiently taken care of through the different levels of service escalation and screening (call centre / Service partners / direct assistance).
* Provide direct assistance to the customer where needed, remotely or directly on site.
* Produce the required Service reporting to HQ and to local management.
* Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) closely liaising with HQ and preparing documentation and training when needed.
* Cooperate with HME sales and the others HME teams in order to promote sales and meet customer expectations
* Communicate with HME sales in order to provide the customer with an integrated, high quality service, and to improve the overall customer satisfaction
**Necessary Skills / Attributes**
Educational Background: High School, Bachelor in electronic technologies or similar address. Professional Background: 1-3 years' experience in general. Specific experience in Healthcare Device Technical Support will be considered a plus. Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools. Language Knowledge: Very good written English; good spoken English. Travel required: 40% domestic transfers. International transfers may occur. Others: Project management skills.
